Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the ZELAR mobile application and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About ZELAR

ZELAR provides an online marketplace for physical goods, international shipping booking, and visa application assistance. ZELAR is a private service provider and is not a government authority. Visa services are facilitation/assistance only; approval decisions are made solely by relevant embassies and authorities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use ZELAR.

3. Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate registration information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for activity under your account

4. Orders & Payments

Product prices, availability, and shipping fees are displayed before checkout.
Payments are processed through Orange Money (external payment gateway), not Apple In-App Purchase.
Orders are confirmed after successful payment and backend verification.
Gift cards, coupons, and affiliate discount codes are subject to their specific rules.

5. Shipping & Visa Services

Shipping timelines and costs depend on selected routes and customs regulations.
Prohibited or restricted goods must not be shipped; see in-app shipping rules.
Visa application assistance does not guarantee approval. You must provide accurate documents.

6. Affiliate Program

Affiliate participants may receive referral discounts/commissions according to program rules. The program is not a multi-level marketing scheme. We may modify or suspend the program at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, submit false information, interfere with security, or violate applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

ZELAR branding, app design, and content are protected. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZELAR is not liable for indirect damages, embassy/visa decisions, customs delays, or third-party payment gateway outages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in dispute.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws where the operator resides, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
