This Privacy Policy describes how ZELAR ("we", "us", "our"), operated via zelarstore.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the ZELAR mobile application and related services (e-commerce, international shipping, and visa application assistance).

1. Data Controller

The operator of ZELAR is the individual developer registered with Apple Developer Program for the ZELAR app. For privacy inquiries: support@zelarstore.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored hashed on our servers).
Order & service data: delivery addresses, purchase history, shipping bookings, visa application details.
Location: precise location only when you choose an address on the map (When In Use).
Photos & documents: images you upload for visa applications, shipping, or profile purposes via camera or photo library.
Payment information: payment is processed by Orange Money; we may store saved card metadata (brand, last four digits) if you choose to save a card.
Affiliate data: referral codes and commission statistics if you participate in the affiliate program.
Support messages: content you send through contact/support features.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, sell your personal data, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

Create and manage your account
Process orders, payments, shipping, and visa service requests
Provide customer support and service notifications within the app
Prevent fraud and maintain platform security
Comply with applicable legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the services you request) and based on your consent where required (e.g., accepting Terms and Privacy Policy at registration, granting location or photo permissions).

5. Third-Party Services

Orange Money: payment processing. Their handling of payment data is governed by Orange's policies.
OpenStreetMap: map tiles for address selection. We do not send your personal identity to OpenStreetMap.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Order and financial records may be kept for up to three (3) years after completion for legal and accounting purposes. When you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed or anonymized except where retention is legally required.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, authenticated API access (Laravel Sanctum tokens), and industry-standard server security practices. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Access and update your profile in the app
Request correction of inaccurate data via support
Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account (permanent; cannot be undone)
Withdraw consent by deleting your account or discontinuing use of optional features

9. Children's Privacy

ZELAR is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
